required in order to protect employees, visitors or contractors. This is the
role of the Ethical Audit
現場要有健康和安全方針和程序,保護員工,訪客或承包商的安全。這是誠信審核的關鍵。
The site will hold
regular Health & Safety meetings with operatives and senior management,
meeting minutes will be kept. All chemicals used on site will be controlled. Equipment will be suitably guarded. The site will determine whether protective
clothing is required, if required, it will be clean, in good condition and not
present a risk of contamination to the product
現場應定期召開職工和高層管理人員的健康和安全會議,會議紀要應保存。現場用的化學品要加以控制。適當地保護設備。現場應決定哪里需要穿防護服,如果需要穿,防護服必須是干凈的并保存完好,不會對產品帶來污染的風險。

A documented Health & Safety Policy, signed by Senior Management, must be in place and displayed. The policy must be compliant with the legal requirements of the country of operation. 文件化的健康和安全方針,必須由高層管理人員簽字,并在現場張貼。該方針必須符合當地國家的法律要求。 There should be a designated manager trained and responsible for Health and Safety. 現場必須培訓一個指定的經理人,負責健康和安全事務。

Spillage control 溢漏控制 |
Chemical storage areas must be contained (bunded) or have bunded pallets to avoid spillages resulting in uncontrolled release to ground or water courses. 化學品存放區域必須被隔離(加防護堤坡)或墊防護托盤,防止化學品的溢漏導致污染土地或水源。 Where required, spillage kits / controls must be in place to contain spillages in non-bunded areas. 如需要,必須采用溢漏工具/控制措施抑制對未加護坡區域的溢漏。

Cleaning Chemicals 清潔用化學品 |
Cleaning chemicals must be kept in a designated store with restricted access. Spillages must be contained and controlled effectively. Chemicals must be separated in storage to prevent accident e.g. acids / chlorine based chemicals. Health & Safety guidelines must be followed. 清潔用化學品必須存放在非公勿入的指定區域。 發生溢漏必須采取有效的抑制和控制措施。 化學品必須分開存放,防止事故發生,如酸/氯基化學品。必須遵守健康/安全指南的要求
