Masco驗廠報告審核的等級主要有綠、黃、橙、紅四個等級分別如下

Grade 1:Conforming supplier! This supplier is currently in compliance with Masco's Supplier Business Practices Policy.

第一級：合格供應商！該供應商目前符合Masco供應商社會責任的要求。

Grade 2:Low Risk supplier! This supplier is satisfactory for both new and existing business.Improvement plan are currently being undertaken.

第二級：低風險供應商！可以與該供應商進行正常商業往來。改善行動正在被執行。

Grade 3:Middle Risk Supplier! his Supplier has limited time and chance to launch corrective action to maintain the normal business with Masco until they achieve the higher rating.

第三級：中風險供應商！該供應商將在有限的時間和次數要求下進行改善以保持與Masco的商業往來，直到通過改善，獲得更高一級的審核等級。

Grade 4:High Risk supplier! This supplier does not meet the minimum requirements of Masco's Supplier Business Practices Policy. It was required that no business be conducted with the new supplier at this time or no new business with an existing supplier.

第四級：高風險供應商！該供應商未符合Masco供應商社會責任的最低要求。對于新供應商，需停止合作，對于現有供應商，需停止新訂單。
